DISTRICT COMPETITIONS HELD IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION SKILLS AND LANGUAGES

In primary schools "Sreten Mladenoviić-Mika" and "Kole Rasic," that are working on the territory of Palilula, there were two district contests in knowledge of technical education and foreign languages organized. These competitions gathered more than three hundred students and teachers. Teachers from primary schools in the administrative district of Nis had been preparing the students who are in their communities showed the best results in these subjects.

Elementary school "Sreten Mladenovic Mika" was the host of district competitions in technical education. The main objective of this competition, according to Jasmina Stanković, the school principal host of the competition is to develop creativity and innovation in children of this age. The competition was held in ship modelarity was organized at the pool SC "Cair" a competition in the aviation and model rocketry at the City Stadium in Cair. Children modelers in imaginative and original way showed all their ideas and way of thinking. Top modellers, after this competition can expect the state championship in Sombor on April 17 and 18.

Competitive spirit was present in the primary school "Kole Rasic" where the best elementary school students competed in the knowledge of English, French, German and Italian. Sasa Tončev, Director of Elementary School "Kole Rasic" told us that for the competition were reported 150 primary school students and the competition will be monitored by 30 teachers. Competitors who showed the best results at the district competitions are entitled to participate at the National competition.

The Ooganizers and participants of the competition visited the president of Palilula Boban Džunić with his associates. He stressed that the talented and gifted students deserve more support from the community. The municipality of Palilula in its developmental strategy defined the activities for the young. For several years, our Municipal calendar, the president Dzunic said, has been promoting the best students, we are supporting youth initiatives, and we are involving them in projects.

District competitions in Palilula municipality were held in the framework of the Ministry of Education of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and with the support of Palilula.
